I liked the showhouse but sadly the price of the actual house is way beyond my budget. Besides I already have a housing loan to pay for. So, getting another house is out of the question for now. A newer and bigger house means that I have to sell off my current house.
Anyway, here are some photos from the visit. I like the living room the most because of the high ceiling. It just felt spacious.

yeah i like the design and rasanya for the 3 storey houses with price of RM325k i think still ok compare to putra height.

Bahagian living room tu furniture agak odd sikit sebab nampak kecil saja kerusinya sedangkan space besar
Min, itulah yang paling murah, biasalah bumi lot. dan terjual pada hari kami tengok. lot yang lain semua mahal. so tak ada mood nak amik brochure pun hehehe. anyway, saya minat living room je. rumah tu 3 tingkat, pening juga nanti nak bersih. lagi satu, bila dah tua, kena pasang lift atau escalator hehehe
furniture living room tu memang sikit sebab dia bagi jalan ke dining room where the marketing person is sitting with all the documents. area dining memang kecil. kalau tak salah, buka the whole house is 20-24 kaki x 70-80 kaki begitu. memang kecil juga lah. cuma yang saya paling impress to living room dier. high ceiling, maybe around 20 kaki kot. boleh taruh chandelier. hmmm classic.... tunggulah saya menang loteri hehehe
